FAQS

Why not hire an employee?

Great question! A senior designer, for example, can cost over $100,000 a year, plus benefits, and some months you might not have enough design work to justify their salary. Our monthly plans allow you to access the strategic skillset for any given project, plus you have the freedom to pause and resume services anytime, so you only pay for what you need, when you need it.

How fast will I receive my request?

On average, many requests can be completed in just 3-5 days or less. However, more complex requests are broken down into smaller sub-requests automatically on our end, with delivery updates according to your plan.

How does onboarding work?

Subscribe to any plan and you’ll receive your very own Trello board. This process may take an hour or so from the time you subscribe.

Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're ready to start adding requests! Further instructions on how to use the Trello board can be found on the board itself.

Are there limits to any request?

Once subscribed, you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they’ll be delivered one at a time based on your service plan.

How does the pause feature work?

Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. If you use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause, your billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service to be used anytime in the future!

How do you handle large requests?

Larger requests are broken down automatically on our end, with delivery updates ranging according to your service plan. This applies to full-scale websites, UI/UX work, video production, custom projects, etc.

In general, you can expect progress to continue regularly until you decide it's finished or you'd like to prioritize another request.

Is there anything you don't support?

We try our best to accommodate many requests, with a few exceptions:

1) We will not support any request that would violate our christian beliefs, conscience, or ethics, such as explicit content, etc.

2) In general, we do not support complex 3D modeling, complex animations or motion graphics (GIFS, etc.), extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), Software-specific documents (PowerPoint, Word, Adobe InDesign, etc), and marketing services based on outcomes (lead-gen, metrics, funnels, etc), social media management or posting.

What if I don't like the work?

No worries! With unlimited edits, we’ll continue to revise until you're 100% satisfied. If you have specific needs we don't supply regularly, we can discuss a potential upgrade to your plan like adding specialized experts to help you achieve success
